Green park is a green space extending to 1.62 Ha a combination of woodland and grassed area off Oakdene Avenue and near a local primary school. The park has an extensive toddler play area with a sand pit and activity station for the sand. There are several robust steel sculptures adjacent to the play area stimulating fertile imaginations insects and toad stools.
The area has adequate seating and a good accessible path which runs round the entire park. There are two access points one from Oakdene Avenue ///soils.adjust.drips where access is gained through the woodland and another from Coniscliffe Road ///spit.reason.cloud where access is gained between houses. It could be quite rightly called a secret garden as the park is shielded on three sides by houses with the remaining side thick woods hiding the park from the road.
