Skerne Bridge Nature Reserve 

This small nature reserve is located off North Road. It main feature appart from its small footprint is that it is next to the famous Skerne Bridge a famous railway bridge for the Darlington to Stockton Railway access can be gained at the following:

If you follow the path along the Skerne North you will get to Rockliffe Nature Reserve and Haughton this provides a good walk and a valuable wildlife corridor.
